General
Anna C ehf reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or to discontinue product categories and/or services without notice. Anna C ehf also reserves the right to confirm orders by phone. The purchaser undertakes to pay in full for products and services. In the event of non-payment, Anna C ehf reserves the right to collect the payment by legally prescribed means.
Delivery of product/service
All online programs are delivered on the next business day after the order is placed.
Returns and refund policy
Online programs are non-refundable.
Seller confidentiality
The seller guarantees the purchaser full confidentiality regarding all information the purchaser provides in connection with the transaction. Information will not be disclosed to third parties.
Purchaser confidentiality
All course materials are the property of Anna C ehf and Anna Claessen. All content is for the purchaser’s personal use only. It is strictly prohibited to share any content the purchaser is granted access to, whether in part or in full. Copyright ownership is clearly stated on all documents the purchaser can access within courses/programs, and the applicable copyright rules apply accordingly. If the purchaser violates copyright, such a violation is considered theft and the purchaser thereby forfeits their rights to the courses/programs and will be denied further access and participation. Nevertheless, the purchaser remains obligated to pay in full for the service.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Icelandic law.
